Minimum Qualifications
• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline and three (3) years of related experience in Engineering, OR
• Possess a master's degree in a related Engineering discipline and two (2) years of related experience in Engineering
• Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Can research and analyze information that is quite difficult and draw valid conclusions
• Have knowledge in statistical and probability analysis
• Able to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Have knowledge of Reliability Engineering principles and practices
• Have skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Preferred Qualifications
• Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Have RCM experience
• Have Lubrication Certification/Experience
• Experience/Certification with RCM Technology (Vibration, IR, NDT)
• Have Experience with Business Objects and PowerBI
• Failure Analysis Training (preferably CAT)
• Have experience with Downtime Reporter
Job Description
• Ensure appropriate documentation for assigned projects is prepared and review documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate project activities with Operations and Maintenance department to increase availability of equipment maintenance and other KPIs
• With minimum supervision utilizing new technologies to continuously improve efficiency, site safety, quality control, environmental protection and cost control,
• Manage contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
• Participate in small to medium site expansion, construction or modification projects
• Participate with the Maintenance and Operations department and other Engineering staff in troubleshooting efforts to improve safety, cost control, and environmental protection, and efficiency
• Develop working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the assignment area
• Review, investigate and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Reliability Engineering projects
• Perform other tasks as needed

• Have the ability to communicate in English in relation to work procedures, work assignments, and applicable safety standards
• Able to understand and apply oral and written work and safety related instructions and procedures given in English
• Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, factory or outdoor environment, including safety glasses, hard hat, protective clothing, hearing protection, respirators, safety footwear and, if required, rubber toe boots, gloves, and any other protective equipment as needed
• Sometimes it may be necessary to lift moderately heavy objects up to thirty (30) pounds during the workday
