About This Job and Job Description:
• Organize and coordinate travel/hotel/car, reservation and corporate functions
• Manage organizational email, filtering, tagging, and responses on behalf of the President Director (MD)
• Maintain and document detailed meeting activities and follow up with appropriate stakeholders if needed
• Manage meeting planning and scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts, manage calendars
• Prepare and issue expenses on behalf of MD
• Organize files for all relevant contacts, contracts and documents
• Provide support for ad-hoc requests, projects and presentations as needed from MD
• Prepare and accommodate daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reports properly
• Perform administrative work and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school graduates are welcome
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably
• Have high attention to detail kemampuan
• Have strong knowledge in operating MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
• Have two years of working experience in Administration
• Possess strong organizational skills and professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Have strong English spelling, punctuation/grammar skills
• Have knowledge of office equipment such as fax, printer and telephone
• Able to handle confidential information
• Adaptable and flexible with high responsiveness to business needs
